1. Order Processing Time

At hjyspx, we know how exciting it is to find your dream outfit — and we want to get it to you as quickly as possible!

Processing Time	We process and ship all orders within 2 business days of receiving them
Order Cut-off	Orders placed before 2:00 PM (local warehouse time) are often processed the same day
Peak Seasons	During major sales or holidays, processing may take up to 3 business days — we'll keep you updated
Confirmation	You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking info as soon as your order leaves our warehouse

Note: Business days are Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays. Orders placed on Friday after 2:00 PM will begin processing on the following Monday.

2. Shipping Rates & Free Shipping

For orders of $0–$9.99, the shipping fee is $14.99.
For orders of $10–$19.99, the shipping fee is $9.99.
For orders of $20–$29.99, the shipping fee is $7.99.
For orders of $30–$34.99, the shipping fee is $4.99.
Orders of $35 or more qualify for free shipping; free shipping is also available when purchasing four or more items.

3. Delivery Times by Region

We ship to customers all over the world, and delivery times vary depending on your shipping address. Please see estimated transit times below (after your order has been processed and shipped) :
